ShellPlus dead?

The Shellplus website (http://www.shellplus.com) sold the ShellPlus library for Delphi (last version was 3.15 for Delphi 10.1 Berlin). The website can still be loaded, but nobody answers to contact emails.

 

Does anybody know whether the ShellPlus product is dead?
