Delphi 12 Manage Features not working

Despite several uninstall / install processes I am unable to open the Manage Feature dialog successfully. After a fresh install it works, but closing and reopening Delphi returns me to the situation where trying to open the dialog first produces this error message

and then displays the required dialog with no information displayed and a permanent wait symbol.

Any ideas much appreciated

If you are using the web-installer, it is probably related to the EMBT Outage.

I never use the web-installer for a number of reasons, but this has been occurring since before their hardware issue.

I'd suggest calling support.

I might end up having to go that route, although calling support is kind of anathema to me. Maybe I should start a book on all the registry settings used by Delphi
