The GetIt server is back online - With the 12.0 Patch 1

I'm still not able to install RadStudio Architect 12 which we bought more than a month ago :(

The first installation attempt didn't work because them server was down.

But now the server is up and running but I get this message at the end of the installation and nothing is installed.
MSG: "Platforms Availability No more platforms pending to install."

installation video attached.

Is there anyone who can help me with this?

If I understand this paragraph correctly

you still need to install from the ISO or wait for the inline release.

I have the same problem

Installation Delphi 12 from ISO gives error

No more platforms pending to install

When trying to install Delphi 11 I 'have 'an old error with GetIt.

So having registered Delphi 11 and 12 I can not work 😞

ISO installer, except for registration time, install all without access Internet, and should works.

So should not make any difference between now and November (before outage and getit not working)

 

The original ISO release MUST be downloaded from My.Embarcadero.com page.

Due to finance, I will have to wait to install the patch 1 for 12 since I cannot renew subscription at this time.  But I don't seem to have any trouble with 11.2 and 12.0 since I installed both on my current tablet since Nov/2023.

Are people backing up or imaging their system before doing these patch updates or re-installs?  I mean, that should be Priority No 1 so that in the event something does go wrong then a simple restore of the backup/image will have you continuing on as if nothing happened until things do get fixed. 

 

I am using Macrium Reflect v8.0.7783, the FREE version. Note: the later versions are not free.

I have installed Delphi 12 first time, and everything was OK. 

I have added patch and GetIn started to work. But I have to RE - install  Delphi 12. And it was impossible. 

All history is document Story.Doc. 

 While installing Delphi 12 with no Internet I have screen in NoInternet.docx

 

Maybe is something with this reinstalling ?

Why you have to reinstall Delphi12 ?

 

Reinstall it means that you first must uninstall ALL (and delete directories and registry key) and after you can reinstall it.

 

Waiting for new Web Installer, you can install only from ISO again and after that apply patch 1.

After that I uninstalled RAD Studio 12 and reinstall again.

Well, I am installing all packages from getit.

I can install all packages from getit except ribbon.

 

I get this error:

 

Can I download and install from other link ?

Pay attention to the antivirus, it may block the ZIP because it thinks it has been compromised.
