ElevateDB / ElevateSoft website down and support not reachable

Hi everyone,

Has anyone been able to reach ElevateSoft, the creator of ElevateDB, recently? It seems something might be going on—we've been unable to contact Tim over the past several weeks/months.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I sent Tim an email about month ago. It took him a week but he did reply. I imagine the reply would've been quicker if I was a current customer.

The site seems to be down https://www.elevatesoft.com/ and Tim has no traffic (for years) on any of the sites I could find where he has an account. No obituary matches on his name/age/location though, so at least there's that. Timothy James Young, 55, New York, FWIW.
