Jud 1 Posted 17 hours ago I just ran the installation for this patch. The help/about page doesn't say anything about the patch. It shows Version 29.0.55362.2017 - does that indicate whether or not the patch was applied? Share this post Link to post
Patrick PREMARTIN 121 Posted 16 hours ago (edited) Did you installed it from GetIt or as a standalone program downloaded from https://my.embarcadero.com ? In the first case it should say the patch has been installed. In the second not. https://blogs.embarcadero.com/rad-studio-12-3-april-patch-available/ If you have FireMonkey projects on Mac/iOs, try to connect the IDE to PAServer. The patched version needs an update (the file is in the catalog repository folder of the patch). Edited 16 hours ago by Patrick PREMARTIN Share this post Link to post
Jud 1 Posted 16 hours ago I couldn't install it from GetIt - the install button was disabled. I downloaded the zip file and it seemed to run, I just can't tell if it actually installed. I don't have any FireMonkey apps and I'm on Windows. Share this post Link to post
MichaelT 9 Posted 10 hours ago Run into the same issue with the downloaded patch. Maybe installing the PA Server is required. Wasn't there something similar in the past too? Honestly, I don't remember anymore but I have such a feeling. After installing the April Patch from the Welcome Page the installer finished and April Patch could be found in the About Box too. My PAServer on the Mac worked fine without any changes. I looked in the PAServer Directory and the "new" PAServer for the mac had the date of the 12.3 upgrade. Share this post Link to post
