I'd need to download BDE for RAD Studio 12. my.embarcadero.com doesn't have it. Need external link please.

Perhaps it depends on the license and active subscription status.

 

AFAIK, there is no other official way to download it than my.embarcadero.com.

It's about 20 MB file BDE Install. But where are the IDE package files? The bpl?
