Does 10.4.2 overwrite 10.4.1

I am using CB 10.4.1 with all 3 updates and a few 3rd party components.  When I run the 10.4.2 Web Install will this overwrite 10.4.1? They are both 10.4.x so I'm not sure.  Does 10.4.2 install as a separate program?

No, it will remove 10.4.1 before installing itself.
