need help to change the hex in binary file

I am new to Delphi and I need help from experts to change the hex value to 00 00 00 for selected text shown in image

Looks like an attempt to hack a program to get around a security feature; you will get no help here for such (likely illegal) activity. It won't work anyway, if you modify a signed executable it will no longer match the signature and the OS will not load it.

Since he already has a hex editor (looks like HxD in the screenshot), setting those bytes to zero would be easy. I don't really see the need for anything Delphi specific there at all
