How can I by Delphi code change the port of my printer?? What code to use if I want to use LPT1, USB00x, COM1 or ipadress??

Do you really need to change the port for the printer, or do you want to select a specific printer to print to?

No idea sorry. I would guess most users set up the printer once.

Printer config is usually done in the OS.  Printer selection in the Delphi app.
