IDE Clipboard History Quick Access

This was bothering me forever. At the beginning, because of collecting possible sensible data and keeping it in the memory, later, because if I needed it, it wasn't ergonomic enough.

So I have bound it to the ctrl-shift-[F1/F2] for showing the window, navigate up/down, and copy to clipboard on releasing the keys.

It's just a couple of lines, (no OTA on this), if one of you likes it I can put the code here later.
