Download upgrade from 11.0 to 11.1

Where can I download the update from Delphi Pro 11.0 to 11.1?  GetIt doesn't show it, and if I follow links, it is to download a trial or buy it.

Is there only an update / patch or do I need a complete installation?

New install that uninstalls previous one. Yeah, you would think it could be done with a small update.
