Cannot login to Quality Central - who to contact?

Hello all,

 

All of a sudden I can't login to Quality Central ( https://quality.embarcadero.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa ) anymore.  And the "contact support" link on that page requires me to be logged in, so that effectively makes support totally unreachable to me. 

 

Can anyone please give me a pointer to the person or team who is responsible for that web site?

Can you get to members.embarcadero.com and log in there with your EDN account?

YES I can, but it takes a whole minute to respond.

The web site responds "Sorry, an error occurred trying to log you in - please try again."  (and I see no captcha).

But you should:

And btw, I can't log in either...this happens every few months. I blame it on the captcha.

I guess it's just offline, because they are syncing the calls with the internal system.

... And it's down again. Sigh.  The Quality of the Portal needs improving.

Just today, i cannot logging in anymore with error "Sorry, an error occurred trying to log you in - please try again".

 

Can anyone confirm the same thing?
