    The link above contains the general ISO for Delphi / RAD Studio for license hoders. You need to be logged in, and possible have a subscription? Not sure about the last bit. The Community Edition (CE) of Delphi can be found here: https://www.embarcadero.com/products/delphi/starter/free-download Are you on CE or Pro|Enterprise|Architect?

    Have you checked the integrity of the ISO image? CertUtil -hashfile <filename.iso> <MD2|MD4|MD5|SHA1|SHA256|SHA384|SHA512> i.e. CertUtil -hashfile delphicbuilder10_3_3_7899_nt.iso MD5 The output should match the MD5 signature in http://cc.embarcadero.com/item/30896 Personally, I prefer the Web Installer.

    Did you use the .ISO installer or the web installer? The length of the path environment variable can be a problem. Check that there are no old and obsolete paths filling it up.

    Hi, I would check a few things... 1) Does vcl260.bpl exists in that folder? 2) Does it have a "valid size". If it is "zero" then you need to reinstall and may be your antivirus is getting in the way. Disable realtime protection and reinstall. 3) Your path might be corrupted (Not enough space for ex). 4) Somehow the 64bit version of the bpl is being loaded, and fails for obvious reasons.     Completely agree with @David Heffernan here. From what I imagine your app is like, you would have easier (and more user friendly) results looking into writing a Word plugin instead.

    VirtualBox is really nice for making test VMs for Windows and Linux. Install your favorite Windows version in a clean VM. Hotfix it and adapt it to your liking. Clone it. Install 10.3.2. Snapshot it. Clone the original again. Install 10.3.3. Snapshot it. Voila! Side by side comparison is now possible.
