That is latest Community Edition 10.3. There was 10.2.3 Community Edition which is already running on my system.

As I have understood the licensing statements, the 10.2.3 CE will no longer be working, once the serial expires.

As usual, I understood nothing...carry on.

All here listed Delphi versions are just the versions without any edition, except the entry Delphi Community Edition.

 

Why not just burn that entry? Choose whatever Delphi version you like and do not care about the edition (Community, Professional, Enterprise, Architect) at all.
