Dear Uwe Raabe, I just found your great software MMX - and downloaded version 13.03 (I'm still working with Delphi7 and WinXP). The software looks great. Thank you for your work and long support for Delphi 7. I think I will discover the usefulness of MMX with pleasure :) Best regards, Maciej

@Daniel You're not understanding whats happening here and yet you took David side ! Read carefully my answer, I didn't say at all David example/answer is wrong ! all what I said, David misunderstood my answer ... nothing more ! Rather than taking your friend side, It would be better to understand first what's going on ... ok ? -

Mahdi - calm down. Now. This will clearly not be the next thread where you can celebrate in public your discrepancies with David. His example is absolutely valid to demonstrate that RTTI is actually working in plan .dpr files. -

It is not even specific to a query, but probably happens with all TStrings properties. I can even reproduce it with a plain TMemo editing its Lines property. -
