first time that ISO dont show any "download error while installing...since RAD 10.x ",... wow! :classic_cheerleader:

...before, always old history: trying install, install, install... Installed!

Just downloaded and installed (WebInstall).
I use the migration tool to backup and restore my settings.

All my programs compiled without any errors, except, of course, those using VCL Styles from Get it. After downloading all the styles (again) they compiled just fine!

Can't wait to see if the debugger got some love!

I also used the WebInstall in the VM.

Three component packages, and Bookmarks+Navigator.

The only thing I export (registry dump) is my Editor color settings.

The rest of the settings are pretty much vanilla, except Font, AutoSaves, Reopen last, and two environment vars.

I'll prolly have to re-ignore a few exceptions, though.

My production installations won't see 11.3 for a few weeks. That should be enough time for any surprises to be discovered.

An optimist with experience.

I see others have issues with the Migration tool. Backup your registry before using the tool.

Bummer!  Usually WebInstall works fine.  This time while removeing the Getit packages, had an error, then it registered some dlls and died... 😞

Repeated attempts all fail the same way.

It doesn't appear to download anything to install.

Tried to reinstal D11.2 - Same issue - I have a problem.. 😞

Update 1 - Installing into my VMWare VM OK.

Update 2 - Ended up totally de/re-installing D11. 😞  Reinstalling all the 3rd Party stuff now. 😞  Oh the pain!!

Update 3 - All done.  Indirect bonus, I now have a clean install again.. 😉

My whole installation was broken by Norton 360. It wouldn't run *.tmp, *.vsf, *.rtf ... files. It took me a while to shut it down. Then I had to reinstall everything. I don't have much.

Rebuilt all my third party libs and my main project - so far so good. LSP seems a bit better, navigation between projects in a group seems to be working better than before.

Delphi 11.3 always rearrange its toolbars with every start.

The first attached image shows how it should look after I move them to their positions, the second image shows what Delphi 11.3 makes out of it. With every restart of the IDE, I have to rearrange the top toolbars 😞

I am using a 4K monitor with a scaling of 125%.

When I use Delphi DPI unaware, it stays always the same, when I use a monitor scaling of 100%, it always stays the same, but when I use a monitor scaling of 125% on my 4K display, it rearrange the toolbars.

That did not happen in any version below 11.3 (11.0, 11.1, 11.2).

My toolbar problems (see 3 posts above) appear to exist only with a monitor scaling between 124% and 130%. Below or above its ok. Any suggestion hos this can be patched? Makes working a little hard.

Are you using the DPIAware or DPIUnaware mode?

DPI aware. With dpi unaware, they stay where they should be.

Hmmmmmm.......

Downloaded and installed this morning. There was a strange non-populating external window thrown up when starting which was a bit concerning.

I loaded, cleaned and built the mobile app I'm buildng and .....

Stack overflow in FMX.Types.DoAlign(FitLeft)

<Sigh>

New versions never just compile and run.

In this day and age isn't it about time that an update can be done without having to uninstall itself!

I don't disagree, but a lot of dev tools have these issues. Complex software = complex installations.

Okay but who started it?
