Delphi 12.2 available for download

Recommended Posts

Remember to manually uninstall all Parnassus plugins before you start the update! The auto-uninstall initiated by the setup is not able to handle that.

Forgot to do that.  How can I fix it now?

Update:

Deleted Parnassus entries from Registry and now it works.  Very annoying.

Must be rocket science to fix that...

I wonder: is anyone going to upgrade from PRO to ENTERPRISE / ARCHITECT to have 64bit version of compiler?

I cannot find those tickets on the QP portal.

Indeed, the links won't work. You have to manually search for the ID in the corresponding portal.

I downloaded the file, I mounted the ISO but I can't install it:

"The specified device, path, or file cannot be accessed. You may not have sufficient permissions."

Honestly, it had never happened to me.. am I missing something?

I have tried to search for a couple no luck for those.

I installed it. All my components seem to work fine...

Is the AI feature new? I disabled it anyway...

Naturally, I forgot about the Parnassus components, otherwise no issues - although FMXLinux was absent in GetIt?

I get an error message about FMXLinux not found when I start 12.2. Not actually sure how to disable/reinstall it yet.

Apparently they're working on a new agreement (presumably with Eugene's estate?) to include it. Marco/Ian mentioned this in the webinar.

I'm getting the FmxLinux DLL missing error as well, can we not just install it manually, or was it only ever installed by GetIt?

Yellow,

Have following Issue, used to work with 12.1 and many older versions:

ISO8601ToDate() fails on following '0600-12-31T13:13:13Z' -> 1.1.0601 10.46.47 (d.m.yyyy...)

Can someone confirm, before file bugreport. Some online converter at least managed to parse that. So it should be valid issue.

Using

procedure TForm1.Button1Click(Sender: TObject);
begin
  ShowMessage(ISO8601ToDate('0600-12-31T13:13:13Z').ToString);
end;

I get:

[Window Title]
Project1

[Content]
01.01.0601 10:46:47 AM

[OK]
